A thoughtful friend and pain relief are what brought Sonia to yoga. Sonia has lived with chronic back pain since suffering an accident more than 15 years ago. A friend knew Sonia would find relief from her suffering through yoga and introduced her to the practice. Sonia has remained an active yoga practitioner ever since.
Sonia connects with her students by compassionately guiding them into asana and pranayama. The joy she feels is immeasurable when she recognizes the inner peace her students find when they connect as one with their mind, body and heart. A creative teacher, Sonia enjoys teaching different styles of yoga and developing new sequences to help her students grow and to keep them guessing about their next class.
