When Pam followed a friend to yoga for the first time, she knew she had found the right fitness program for her. Never very athletic or graceful, yoga seemed to bring out the best in her in more ways than she had anticipated. Like so many before her, Pam learned that the more she practiced, the more benefits she discovered; physically, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga has brought true joy to Pam’s life. She has been known to smile throughout whole practices! Pam’s love of yoga and her warm sense of humor bring smiles to her students’ faces too. She is always eager to share her joy and knowledge of yoga with others, as she continues to learn herself.
