Martha never thought she was the type to step into a yoga studio. Quiet by nature yet open and fun-loving with her friends, she still pinches herself that she is a yoga teacher! As a former marathon runner, Martha came to yoga to seeking flexibility. Not only did she find that her flexibility increased as she committed to a regular practice, Martha gained so much more – the support of a loving community. Through her practice, Martha found inner peace that comes from healing and true acceptance of herself. She knows first-hand that “self love” is more than an expression we hear a lot of talk about. She knows it is real and vital to our well-being. Because yoga showed Martha the path to self love, her teaching is dedicated to sharing this path with others.
