Hope found yoga looking to manage stress associated with Chronic Kidney Disease in 2010. Yoga has helped her settle into a healthy lifestyle, manage stress and so much more. Yoga taught Hope to honor her health limitations and grow a more meaningful life from that foundation.
Hope has been teaching alignment-based yoga with heart-opening themes since 2013. She has over 1,000 teaching hours which makes her an Experienced 200 Hour Registered Teacher (E-RYT 200). She is also an Ashaya Yoga® Licensed Teacher (AYLT).
Hope’s classes will leave you feeling strong and open to all that life has to offer.
