Amanda has the soul of a yogi. She is a luminous, gentle spirit who finds fulfillment in helping others. Yoga has filled her heart and body since walking into an Intro to Yoga course in collage. Her committed practice and desire to teach came from her lifelong struggle with anxiety and depression. In yoga, Amanda found relief from her mental anguish. Her desire to share this healing with others moves Amanda to guide fellow practitioners through mindful movement, whether in a Beginner, Vinyasa or Yin class. Amanda’s purpose is to be a facilitator of healing for all her students in each of their unique practices.
