vinyasa all levels

Vinyasa style yoga links poses with breath to create flows of movement from one pose to the next. The teacher safely guides students in and out of poses at an appropriate pace for the class level to allow for the benefits of deep stretching, strength building, proper alignment and attention to breath.
As a boutique yoga studio, our teachers can see all students in their class. Cues are offered to lead experienced yogis into more advanced pose variations and to help newer yogis practice safely within their abilities.
